Flexibility: Stipulated Sum Versus GMP Cost Plus:
Whether it’s a traditional Stipulated Sum bid or a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract, at Delphi Construction, our approach to each project is based on the principle that we are always working in the best interests of our clients.
Beginning in the pre-construction phase, we dissect the entire project to identify your goals and objectives, and review the construction documents repeatedly during their development to ensure that your goals are met. This process enables us to work side by side with the design team to avoid pitfalls in the design that may unnecessarily increase costs.
