About Seascape at Weymouth
Seascape at Weymouth is currently in progress. The project started in February 2018 and is expected to be completed by Fall 2019. Once complete Seascape will be a six-story building of 50 market rate condominium residences.
Parking will be available below the building and in 7 additional small parking garages.
Amenities will include first floor club room, outdoor patio space, a dog spa, and storage space for residents.
This project will complete the residential development of Weymouth Neck. Located adjacent to Webb Memorial State Park, residents of Seascape will have spectacular Boston Harbor views and views of Boston’s skyline.
