Community Celebrates Official Start of Construction with Ground Breaking Ceremony

MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS – JUNE 9, 2016 – Members of the team from Delphi Construction along with congregation members and representatives of the New England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists gathered today for the official groundbreaking ceremony for a new, 5000 square foot mixed use facility being built on the church’s Osterville property.

The addition was designed by Peterman Architects and is being built by Delphi. Steve Conrad is representing the church on the project.

The ceremony kicked off with some words from the church’s Pastor and head of the conference. Students from the small school attached to the church presented some music. The group then proceeded to the outdoor site for a shovel ceremony before concluding with refreshments.

Corey Heaslip, Project Manager for Delphi Construction expressed his company’s excitement at beginning the project. “It has been a pleasure helping our client to bring this project from concept to start of construction. Now we are excited to begin the physical work in order to deliver a much needed asset to this congregation. Our goal is to deliver a final product that will exceed their expectations”.
