High Schoolers got a hands on look at the complex process of managing a construction project by taking  “Delphi’s Construction Management Challenge”. Contest participants had to stack 13 giant legos in the right order with the roles, jobs, and skill sets needed to take a building project from start to finish. The best completion time of the day won their school a scholarship for construction related studies. The future looks bright!
