Delphi Breaks Ground on Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School Project
WALTHAM, MA, September 14, 2018 -Multi-Market Construction Management firm, Delphi Construction has broken ground on a new visual and performing arts center at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, a coeducational preparatory school located in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The $5.5M project designed by Costa Architects encompasses 9,000 feet of new construction integrated with a historically significant original building which will be renovated and modernized as part of the project. Features will include a new theater, new music classroom space, expanded state-of-the-art studio spaces and a glass atrium gallery. The completed project will bring the total space of the visual and performing arts center known as “The Barn” to 22,000 square feet.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the school on August 29, 2018. Construction will be completed in the fall of 2019.
