Delphi Construction Joins Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall for Ribbon Cutting of the Landry Center
Delphi and CH-CH celebrate the opening of the Landry Center, a new classroom building enhancing campus learning in Waltham, MA.
Delphi Construction joined with Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Atwood Classroom building, now named the Landry Center, named in honor of the Landry family. This event commemorates the completion of a significant project aimed at preserving the legacy of the school while meeting the needs of 21st-century learners.
This new 4,100-square-foot educational building takes the place of the previous building and demonstrates the school’s strong commitment to educational excellence and campus unity. The building features five modern classrooms, a bright and welcoming vestibule, two fully accessible bathrooms, and enhanced site features designed to foster a safe and engaging learning environment.
“It’s an honor to return to the Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall campus for another meaningful project together,” said Keith Shaw, President at Delphi Construction.
“After successfully delivering ‘The Barn,’ their Visual and Performing Arts Center, we are proud to once again help bring their vision to life with this new facility that blends heritage with progress.”
The building project marks Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall’s largest capital campaign in the independent school’s 197-year history. Gwen Pojasek, Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall’s CFO, spoke of the school’s commitment to giving their students the best opportunities for learning: “We are thrilled to have the Landry Center enhance our campus and provide us with additional classrooms as well as indoor-outdoor learning spaces. We know how valuable the changing environment is for stimulating learning opportunities, and we are thankful that Delphi was our partner for this building project.”
