Investing in Tomorrow: Delphi Construction Launches Its First Construction Management Training Program Cohort
At Delphi Construction, we believe building the future means investing in the next generation of leaders. This commitment took shape last month with the start of the Construction Management Training Program (CMTP), a hands-on, immersive experience designed to shape talented early-career professionals into future leaders within our organization.
On June 10, we proudly welcomed our inaugural CMTP cohort: Ryan Silva, Kyle Menice, and Trevor Brooks, all recent graduates of Roger Williams University. Each brings a fresh perspective and energy to Delphi’s estimating, project management, and field operations teams.
The CMTP came to life after recognizing a persistent challenge in our industry: a growing need for adaptable, forward-thinking construction professionals. In response, Delphi designed a comprehensive three-year program that goes beyond traditional job training, offering participants a 360-degree view of the business, from on-site coordination and project planning, to cost estimation and client management, guided by experienced mentors and a structured curriculum.
The CMTP reflects Delphi’s intentional, values-driven approach to professional development. As Domenic Galluzzo, VP of Construction Operations, explains: “We are thrilled to introduce this program, which underscores our commitment to excellence and staff development in construction.” Through departmental rotations, mentorship, and leadership roundtables, participants gain both the technical skills and the organizational insight needed to make a genuine impact.
