Delphi Construction Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Westminster Senior Residences with Commonwealth Community Developers

Waltham, MA — September 2025 — Delphi Construction joined with Commonwealth Community Developers, local officials, and members of the project team to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Westminster Senior Residences, a new 50-unit affordable housing development for seniors in Westminster, Massachusetts. This event marks the completion of a critical project that addresses the growing need for high-quality, accessible senior housing in the region.

Developed by Commonwealth Community Developers and designed by Winslow Architects, the project reflects a collaborative effort to bring sustainable, supportive housing to a traditionally underserved population. The residences feature modern, energy-efficient units and shared community spaces intended to promote well-being, safety, and connection for older adults.

The project also emphasizes environmental sustainability and operational efficiency through a strong partnership with New Ecology, Inc., and other engineering and development consultants.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together stakeholders from across the public and private sectors to recognize the lasting community impact this development will provide for decades to come.
