About Clark University Project:
Clark University brought Delphi Construction in to handle the construction of its Dolan Fieldhouse and athletic fields. The project was conceived with a very aggressive timetable for completion in order to not interrupt season play.
Working closely with the school, Delphi was able to develop a precise phasing plan. As a result, Clark’s athletes did not miss a single season on their home field and the entire project was completed in record time.
Taking advantage of Delphi’s True Open Book GMP Contract Structure on this project, the client was able to apply $150,000 cost savings from Delphi’s aggressive purchasing on the project to various upgrades.
