Following an aggressive build schedule, Delphi Construction successfully completed construction of 27 quaint cottages for New England Deaconess Association in Gilford, New Hampshire. The Project has provided a unique lifestyle opportunity to the local area’s active adult community.
Delphi worked on the project during planning and preconstruction. Early involvement allowed for optimal use of this scenic yet challenging site.
Delphi was able to complete the project on schedule and provided significant cost savings to the client.
