About Outer Cape Health Services Construction Project
Delphi Construction, Inc. was selected by Outer Cape Health Services through a competitive process as the Construction Manager for the construction of a new Harwich Port facility. The project was designed by DBVW Architects, the existing building needed extensive renovations and structural modifications to serve the clients needs. The site was also in a flood zone which provided additional project challenges.
Outer Cape Health Services needed a large, modern facility to better serve the community. With focus on community members who are hungry, can not afford medical treatment, behavioral health, and women’s health, the new facility can handle it all.
The new space contains medical exam rooms, team work stations for staff, a pharmacy, lab areas, staff break area and locker room, large and airy patient waiting area, special patient waiting area just for children, and executive suites for Outer Cape Health Services operations.
