About Carter Memorial
Beginning with preconstruction services, Delphi assisted the project team with development of the project budget, working to identify strategic areas for effective cost savings. Additionally, a multi-phase logistics plan was developed to accommodate the various ongoing needs of the client. It was very important to the Owner that the on-site child daycare center be able to remain in full operation, and undisturbed by construction operations. This was accomplished, along with maintaining regular church services and special religious functions.
The project involved renovations to various public and function spaces, removal of barriers to accessibility, complete renovations to all public restrooms on every level, and site work improves at the primary entrance and parking lot. Construction operations were successfully completed prior to the commencement of key religious services, where the church was able to benefit from the completed renovations.
