Energy Credit Union’s new corporate headquarters and branch location in West Roxbury involved the renovation of an existing oil company facility into a modern office space to replace their existing corporate headquarters in Waltham.  The need to complete the project within the client’s stringent timeframe, a demanding urban work site location with sensitive neighborhood requirements, coupled with the need to mitigate existing hazardous materials left over from the previous building uses, made for a challenging but rewarding project.   Careful project coordination, open communications by all team members and a strong team effort ensured a successful project.
