Little Pond Place Falmouth

Delphi was awarded the Little Pond Place Project by Falmouth Housing Corp. and Affirmative Investments.

This new, 44,000sf Affordable housing development is set on approximately 4 acres in walking distance to the amenities of downtown Falmouth. The property features 40 units and a community center. The apartments and townhouses are set up as one, two and three bedroom units.

The project has a duration of just over a year and was delivered in time for the scheduled family move-in day.
