About Riverbend
This complex construction project consists of 18 high-end residential condominium units on three floors and features an underground parking garage. Project was successfully completed, meeting an aggressive construction schedule. Design Build was used to deliver the project which worked well for the client who was extremely hands on in making changes, adjustments and upgrades throughout the project.
The building was delivered for the contracted amount including an additional $250,000 of upgrades by the client. The cooperation and diligence of the design build team resulted in a product of superior quality and unique style.
